Return Policy

We greatly care for our customers and that is why we provide full refunds in case you did not like the product. 

Before requesting a return please make sure to comply with the following conditions, in accordance with our terms of Sale.

• Returns are accepted up to 14 days of delivery. Returns after that may not be accepted.
• All returns are free in Saudia Arabia.
• Safeso will accept returns if the product is unworn (with its original packaging example boxes, shoe kit care etc). Items that are used, altered or damaged will not be accepted
• We do not process exchanges. Instead, place a new order at safeso.co and return your original item for a refund.

Please follow these simple steps for your returns.

• Please contact us at

  customercare@safeso.co or call 0590489502 to inform the reason of return.

• The courier will accept the package from where you wish. Return shipping is free of charge.

• Make sure the items you return should be in its original form (accessories, box etc).
• Once we receive your returned items, and after verification and validation by our Quality Department, we will process your refund within 14 days
• The refund will be issued as soon as possible after the return has been accepted, directly to the card or PayPal account used for the original purchase, and in the same currency.
